This is a sure way to manage your time for meals and also before the start of each week (Saturday or Sunday), you can go grocery shopping so you’ll be sure to have everything you need for the week to come.
The one shown above is mine (ignore the messy handwriting). I have only planned out my meals for dinner, but you can go more in depth, like listing out breakfast and lunch as well, if you feel so inclined.
I also picked up this dry erase calendar from staples. But they also have others available at Target, Walmart, and other office supplies stores.
