This is one of my MOST simple recipes I will probably ever make on here. And it is ABSOLUTELY delicious (if I do say so myself)!
I used frozen Lobster Ravioli from Costco and made my own homemade cheese sauce with chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top. I know, it looks and sounds wayyyy too fancy. But it’s not.
For the Cheese Sauce I used a small sauce pan over medium heat. I added 3 tbsp of butter, 1 1/2 cups of milk, and 1 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese. I let that cook, stirring until it the cheese had melted. When it had, I added 3 tbsp of all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp white or black pepper. Reduce heat and let that simmer for 5 minutes while continuing to stir. Then serve over your pasta or veggie dish.
